Dear Mr. Sidlovsky:
Michelle and I would like to thank you and BRS for addressing her need for
modifications to our home to improve the quality of her life. We are very pleased with
the outcome of the stair lift, the bathroom grab bar, and the wheelchair ramp beautifully
designed by the architect of The Lawrence Associates.
As I expressed to you at the close of bidding, I was very concern with who was going to
perform the work on the wheelchair ramp. I am very pleased it was Stone and Brick
Construction. Richard Pleines and Frank Maggi built a structure that is being
complimented by all that see it. Their workmanship, professionalism, patience and
dedication showed they also take a personal interest in their business. They built a ramp
that is not only attractive but will be safe for Michelle to use for many years to come. It
is beyond our expectations and we could not be more proud of it.
The same dedication and workmanship was applied to the installation of the stair lift.
Shane O'Brien of Freedom Lift patiently performed his work without concern of time to
ensure that the installation was correct, safe and to our satisfaction.
I hope BRS continues to call on Stone and Brick Construction and Freedom Lift to
perform the valuable service they provide for people with special needs. The respect that
was shown to us during the performance of their work is more than anyone can ask for.
Thank you again for all that you have done for Michelle and for the people in need of the
state of Connecticut.
